What we believe:
We love Jesus most of all!

There are four pillars of the Christian faith. When people or churches go bad in their theology, usually one or more of these is confused or compromised in some fashion. Here are the four Foundational Basics of the Christian Faith:

#1 Jesus Christ • The Person of Jesus Christ is the Center of everything we do. He is the Son of God, the Living Word, our Savior, Redeemer, Friend. He is the second Person of the Trinity (see #3 below). It's all about Jesus — knowing Him, loving Him, serving Him, becoming like Him.

#2 The Bible • As Jesus is the Living Word, the Bible is the written Word of God. Everything we know about God is based on the Word of God. It is God's infallible source of what to believe and how to live.

#3 The Trinity • God's nature as one God comprised of three eternal and coequal Persons is a great mystery but it is what the Bible teaches about God. God is One. The Father is God. The Son is God. The Holy Spirit is God. All these statements are true.

#4 Salvation • Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. This simple statement is the essence of the Gospel.

Of course these basics are not the sum total of Christian doctrine. But we are convinced that if these four basics are shared and emphasized, then greater unity and fellowship can be achieved. If other less-important matters become a focus, then separation between believers is soon to follow.
